Question: Is 130 lbs over weight for a 13 year old?
im around 4'11" and 130 lbs...is that over weight...if so what should i do??

Yes , but it's not to overweight . Your best course of action would be to cut your portions . Don't eat foods overloading with fat. Only drink water and exercise 30-45 minutes a day. You will notice change within 2 weeks



Oh my. You're joking right? If you're only 4'11" and you weigh 130 lbs, then you should be able to see with your own eyes that you're overweight. Don't you see that your stomach hangs? Don't you see that the bottom of your face hangs down or that its chubby? Don't you notice that your arms have flaps? I'm sure you see those extra handles on your sides, how wide your feet are, how round your fingers are, etc. You've must've always looked like this if you can't tell this with your own two eyes. Don't you sweat more than the other kids? Aren't you out of breath easier? Aren't your breasts larger than the other girls'? Yes, you're overweight. Don't listen to anyone who tells you that you're not. They're either just trying to be nice because you're a kid, or they're used to being around large people.



If you feel over weight, don't worry too much about it.
I was 135 when I was 13 and I was 5'1"
As I got older I started to slim down a little.
I'm now 119 and 5' 4 1/2"
For now, don't worry. Be happy (:



Your BMI is 26, which would be at risk of being overweight. it's not exactly, but you could try exercising and eating healthy for a few months and see how that goes ;)
