Question: Question about creatine supplemnts?
I just started going to the gym and have read up that mixing creatine supplements with a protein shake is good for building muscle mass.
1) Where abouts do you buy creatine?
2) Should i start using it now, or wait till i get back from holidays. (Im going away for 9 days in 2 weeks)

Answers:

Creatine will get absorbed in your system in about 2 days if you load it at 15g/day for the first week. When you go on holiday I would just stop using it for the 9 days then start back up again when you start working out again. Not because it's better for you but because it would be a pain to take with you and take everyday when you can just load it again for a week when you get back.


What I would suggest though is you take these two weeks to workout without the creatine and see how it feels and what you can do, then try it with the creating after to see if theres a noticeable difference when you are working out to see if creating works well for you, different people react differently with creatine for reasons not well known.



you need it in your system every day. but need to work out almost every day. amp is a good creatine. you can get it at gnc store
