Question: Im dieting and excercising. but would it be wrong to eat 3 - 4 slices of pizza, and 1 can of coke?
i always use my excercise bike at 80rpm, before i eat and than after i eat.

im going to watch the simpsons, and to eat. and have a can of coke, *mind you i just finished excercising* if i eat this, can i excercise for about an hour or so, to burn it all off?

Answers:

Sure, why not? You can still indulge, sometimes. Dieting doesn't have to suck. You can still enjoy the foods you used to eat, you just have to moderate yourself and limit it down to only once in a while. And even if you don't exercise to burn it off that day, it's not going to ruin your diet plan. Just make sure you continue your plan the next day.



Sounds more like you're eating and exercising. Never bother thinking of exercise to "burn off" a particular meal. Eat a proper diet and have a decent exercise routine, they are two different things.



to burn 3 slices of pizza and 1 can of coke, you'll need to walk for 4 hours or bike for 4 hours and 30 min. Don't do this all at once. Try to do litle by little each day.
