do you think when i start jogging in the morning over 20 mins a day do you think i gonna lose weight fast?

remember your weight it matters how tall you are. If you want to lose weight you need to eat healthy as well as jog! So run for 20mins and then make sure you eat healthy thought the day cutting down portion sizes, good luck!

I believe that going jogging in the morning is a very good start, but you should also take care of what you eat.Let go on the junk food, sweets and sodas and maybe after a while start doing some more exercises!



jogging is good but you might want to start with some less hard on your joint if you're not used to exercising regularly, jogging is tough on your knees.
maybe try swimming first. it's great for losing weight.
