Question: So finals are coming up. Study tips anyone? Also whats a good routine, for food exercise and sleep?
Answers:

i usually use a whiteboard and rewrite all my notes weeks before, every night. all my notes from one subject one night. all my notes from another subject. Make sure to chew gum, sounds rediculous right? WRONG, actually if you chew gum while studying and then chew during the test your body remembers the action and what you were doing at the time. don't try to alter you sleeping habits too much, it'll mess you up. as for exercise, don't do it at all. It takes time out of studying time. sure take a break, but only for an hour. no longer. food? eat healthy, and eat whn you're hungry, i usually like tea while i study or something warm to eat or drink



study for two hours per test the night before. try to get aderall if you have trouble concentrating. then get at least 8-9 hours sleep before. make sure you wake up with plenty of time to shower, eat breakfast and maybe even study more key facts for a half hour before. then you should be golden!

Drink lots of water and sleep regularly. It's good to study early in the morning so you can remember more things. And also, don't get distracted. Just study flat out for a few hours and maybe take a 5 minute break every 45 minutes to refresh your mind.
