Will this Diet and Workout routine Be enough for me to lose about 6KG or more *1!

Question: Will this Diet and Workout routine Be enough for me to lose about 6KG or more *15lbs* *In EXACTLY one month?
i am 19 years old, i weigh 182pounds *83kg* and i stand 5"11. *179 cm*?
so im not Overly overweight, clearly, im a little bit over.

so if i ate, cereal in the morning *no sugar*, eating apples or bannanas for a snack. and for lunch *about 2pm* a vegimite sandwich with 2 slices of cheese. and for dinner *7pm - 8pm* a full steak, with vegetables *should i leave fat on or cut it off, i heard leave it on*

excercises, when i wake up. i do 25minutes 80rpm on the stationairy bike., than i eat breakfast, than do another 25minutes 80rpm on the stationairy bike. *and believe me, this makes me sweat like anything* than have a shower.

so my shower is about 10pm. than at 11pm i will go on my bike. watch tv while on my bike *80RPM* (rotations per minute) and usually when i watch or play music while on this bike, i go for quite a while!
than i eat lunch, than rest 20minutes, get back on the bike, and do 20minutes on that, to burn off what i ate.

than usually i'll be at work *with lots of lifting and walking, you do not get to sit down, constant walking for 4 - 5 hours straight* come home, eat a steak, and vegetables, and ride the bike for one full hour, and if i feel like it, i can go for an hour and more!

*ps i drink water ALL through the day. plenty of it.*

Answers:

No.
I'm being honest here, so I'll outline why.

1) You have a western diet. It sucks.
Cut out EVERY DAIRY PRODUCT and WHEAT product possible. Seriously. No pasta, eggs, milk, these things load your body up with dead weight.
Meat is good but do not eat the fat, and keep it to a fist sized portion.

2) Sweating does not mean calorie burning. Honest!
In order to burn fat, you need to be working hard for OVER 25 minutes... otherwise your body is only using it's 'readily available' energy.
Look this up in any biology book and you'll see what I mean. 25 minutes is NOT enough.

3) I won't pussyfoot around this, but just RUN.
Don't do the bike.
If you want to lose weight, run. It's so simple. There is no shortcut around it. Not even elliptical.

By the by, I am 19 5'6'. I used to weigh 70+ kg. I got to 60 kg in a month.

hi there, I've been having a weight issue since I cant remember. I used to be a diet product nuts. Until I stumpled upon this website, I was a bit skeptical at first. there was a bit of improvement for the first 2 weeks, but I was starting to love it. After that first drop of weight, which was so uplifting, I worked on eating right to continue to keep the weight off. I can't believe I hadn't try this sooner. This is where I found the information: http://www.fastloseweightcentral.tk
