With those numbers I am really suprized you aren't shedding fat.

What does your weight lifting involve? how long are the rest periods between sets? are you progressivley adding weight to the exercises or adding more reps? this isn't a contest to see if you are lifting a specific amount - but in order to continue to adapt the stress needs to progressivley be loaded (you stress, you recover, you adapt to the stress, so you add more, and recover, and adapt etc)

Don't go any lower in calories - try to lower the amount of carbs you are having and increase fat - I suspect you are continually spiking insulin with higher sugar products (even stuff like skimmed milk will do this - no fat to satate you/reduce insulin). Ideally carbs will be used to fuel your workout, be used immediately after workout to promote muscle growth. Other than that there shouldn't be a need for constant carbs.

I assume a fair amount here, but you haven't give a ton of detail (which is fair enough, but I have to make assumptions)

You may have reached a peak and are in need of a change in your workout routine. It also sounds like you are not eating enough to keep up with your workout. This can also cause more fat storage. Also, weight is arbitrary. Look at your body composition. If it is changing don't worry about what the scale says.

hi there, I was having a diet trouble that it seemed hopeless. I tried a ton of stuff but nothing worked. Until a friend recommended this method, I was doubtful at first. There was little change for the first week, but I felt great. After that first drop of weight, which was such a great experience, I started to develop good eating habit so I could continue to keep off the fat. I couldn't believe I hadnt found this earlier. I hope this helps: http://www.allloseweightsource.tk

If you really want to burn calories you need to incorporate some type of weight training. Even just push-ups and crunches will help with this. Your body does adapt to cardio pretty quickly so you need to gain a little lean muscle to burn fat easier. Check out the link below for ideas of how to lose weight.

this boils down to doing more cardio exercise 4-5 days a week.. 30-40 mins a session

You're not fat, you just need to take a large poop

changing your diet to only healthy foods is the best thing you can do and will ensure you will lose weight if combine with walking everyday especially.

you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.

(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)
