Question: Did i do enough excercise today, to lose weight, *i plan on keeping this up everyday, no doubt*?
i woke up, got on stationary bike for 80rpm for 10minutes, i ate breakfast, went back on the stationary bike for 25minutes, 80rpm. i relaxed, watched simpsons, did another 25+minutes of the bike at 80rpm.

went to work, which is constant walking, all day *no time to sit down* for 5 hours. *and 2 - 3 hours is usually lifting and putting heavy bottles of beer away*

than i walked home *only 10minute walk*
got on the stationary bike for 25minutes at 94+ rpm.
ate dinner. and did the stationary bike for 45+ minutes at 94+RPM.

and now here i am. i'm thinking about getting back on it later for another 20minutes, if im satisfied.

my BMR is 1900. *basic metabolism rate.*

i am 19years old, male, 5ft11, and 183pounds *83kg* and im hoping to lose some fat around my stomach, and face. mostly.

I think you are getting too hung up on exercise! Honestly, you need to also consider a healthy diet as part of your regime. This would involve eating food that has not been processed (ham, burgers etc) and concentrating on whole grains, white meat (chicken, turkey), fish, particularly salmon and other oily fish. Plenty of veggies and fruit. I would recommend oatmeal with blueberries or cranberries for breakfast. Eggs can be a bit iffy, but one or two a week would be ok for your breakfast.

hello, I was having this same issue for ages that it was hopeless. I was taking all kinds of stuff. Till a friend show me these tips, I had my doubts at first. I was feeling a bit lighter for the first week, but I felt great. After going through that initial stage, which was such a great experience, I worked on eating right to continue to keep the weight off. I couldn't be more happier.
