what is the best machine at the gym to work on your pecs?!


Question: What is the best machine at the gym to work on your pecs?
i go to the gym almost everyday (missing one or two here and there) and i have been using this one nautilus machine that is supposed to focus on my pecs, biceps and shoulders. i really only want to focus on my pecs. does anyone know which nautilus machine is the best for this?

The pectoralis muscle can be trained for athletic or bodybuilding
purposes. The following compound exercises are often used to
increase the strength and mass of the muscle:

Bench press, with various bench angles (flat, incline, and decline)
Press up
Dips

Isolation exercises include:

Flyes or Flies
A fly (or flye) is a strength training exercise in which the hand and
arm move through an arc while the elbow is kept at a constant angle.
Flies are used to work the muscles of the upper body.

Cable Crossovers
it's a machine, a steel frame with weight stacks.

"Pec Deck" machines



dumbell flys are great and push ups work great. You don't need a machine in fact it is better not to use a machine
