will it be possible to lose 20 pounds in 14 weeks?!

Question: Will it be possible to lose 20 pounds in 14 weeks?
At the minute a weigh 158 pounds, this is the borderline of normal/overweight..
in the past year I have put on a stone and a half! I can't believe it, and my fiancée and I are taking our first holiday abroad together in 14 weeks today.
I used to love my figure so much, but now I just want to hide it,and I really want my bikini body back that I was so happy with before, but ruined from eating too many bacon buns lol!
Is it possible, how hard will I have to work and how strict will I have to be? How much exercise should I do a day, and what types of exercise?, I have an exercise bike and also have the x box kinect fitness :)

Thank you!!

Answers:

YES,,

changing your diet to only healthy foods is the best thing you can do and will ensure you will lose weight if combine with walking everyday especially.

you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.

(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)

20 pounds in 14 weeks should be no problem. a good weight loss target is 1-2lbs a week so you should be good. just eat healthily and exercise. you don't have to kill yourself with that goal but you still need to keep on track.

good luck :)

you are overweight.

you have to eliminate starch and sugars from your diet those are what puts fat on.
Taking fat off is the hard part I used to toss lumber and stack lumber that weigh like 12 pounds a piece doing that for 2 weeks my tight pants started falling down on me, I lost like 3 inches on my waist and 20 pounds on the scale, and I got really buffed up too with all that muscle.

I would say find a place where you can chop wood, I used to tell my fellow associates that I would pay my employer to toss lumber because it was like getting a work out at the gym and you have to pay to go to a gym. Plus all that sunlight and fresh air, you don't get in a gym

Absolutely! I started low-calorie dieting on Feb. 1st and I've lost 19 pounds (I started at 150 and now I'm 131) but I'm shooting for 110 because I'm only 5'2". So technically I lost almost 20 pounds in less than 10 weeks. I cut my calories even lower last month and I usually lose 2-3 pounds a week.

You will have to be SUPER strict with your food. In my opinion, a hot body is attributed to 80 percent good diet, and 20 percent good exercise. I cut out the bread, pasta, potatoes and corn completely because those are the things I used to binge on. Also, I eat NOTHING that has sugar in the ingredients list. Getting off the sugar addiction is a huge part of controlling your hunger.

I make a schedule for my eating, so I'll eat meals exactly 6 hours apart, no matter how hungry I am in between. I feel like getting in control of my body and health has proven to myself that I have the willpower to do anything. I don't feel like a victim anymore. Bring on the hunger pangs and I'll push right through them!
