How to loose 10 pounds FAST!?!


Question: How to loose 10 pounds FAST!?
I'm about 164 right now and I'm very unhappy about it. I want to lose AT LEAST 10 pounds before summer starts. Can't seem to find a good diet to stick too. What has worked for you?

changing your diet to only healthy foods is the best thing you can do and will ensure you will lose weight if combine with walking everyday especially.

you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.


(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)



If you want to lose fat the first answer was spot on, however you don't have to just steam everything ( where's the flavor In that?).

Most importantly cut out empty calories, like SODA POP, candy, cookies...exe all together.

Also start yourself on an exercise program, find something fun like swimming ( a great all around workout) that you can enjoy. Also build some muscle, even just light lean muscle. Your muscles burn calories 24 hours a day, even while you are asleep.

Of course if all you are worried about is the actual number weight, and not your body mass index(% of fat); I've heard wrestlers sit in suanas to swet out water weight before meets, lol

I too myself ftom from 225 to 175lbs



Eat less than 1500 calories a day and get lots of exercise. If you are hungry, it means it is working.

drink water
eat vegetables



Eat 1000 calories a day for 2 weeks x)
