How well does Weight Watchers REALLY work?!

Question: How well does Weight Watchers REALLY work?
I want to lose weight before summer. I was thinking about doing weight watchers because it's only 20$ a month, but I'm not sure if it works as fast as I would like it to work. Summer's coming fast, and I'm ready for a decent swim suit for once in my life. The other issue I have is it seems as though every person on weight watchers uses a sugar substitute, which I can not stand. MUST I substitute my sugar in order to lose weight?

Answers:

It works just fine. I lost 20 pounds on weight watchers in only 3 months. No, You don't Have to use a sugar substitute. You just need to use the correct portion size. (The book will tell you how much you can use and what the point value is.) I am a sugar-holic, and I NEVER Used fake sugar while on weight watchers! I ate everything from Donuts to Chinese Food and STILL Lost 20 pounds. The KEY is to stay in your point range, and eat the right portion size. NO you do not have to substitute your sugar.

You don't have to substitute sugar, but I use it and I've never tasted a difference, but each to their own tastes! Weight Watchers is good, as it teaches you about healthy food/alternatives without cutting anything out, so the idea is you can eat the odd treat as long as it's in tandem with healthy foods. It does get you to lose weight, but if you don't make new eating habits, the second you come off it and go back to unhealthy stuff all the time the weight will just go right back on again. I find the weight tends to come off slow and steady, which is best for keeping it off long terms anyways (or so I've heard). If you want to lose it faster, stick with healthy food and portions like advised in WW, but do more exercise.
I didn't go to the weighing meetings much at all - just got the booklets to learn how the points system worked and then did it on my own, so I wasn't paying for the diet all of the time. However, some people like the meetings as it's extra motivation and support.

hi, I have been having this same situation since I cant remember. I followed all kind of diet plan but nothing works. Until I found this website by accident, I was a bit skeptical at first but I felt there was nothing to lose. there was a bit of improvement for the first 2 weeks, but I felt good. After going through that initial stage, which was a real confident booster, I worked on developing good diet to maintain my result. I couldn't believe I didn't try this sooner. This is where I found the information: allloseweightnews.tk

no just exercise and weight watchers does not work
