Not the most pleasant of topics -
My grandad was killed in a car accident and i took up the offer to see his body, just to make sure he was dead... that they hadn't made a mistake.
I was then thinking about if i'd do the same when my dad dies and i'm not sure...
SO if someone in your immediate family died suddenly - grandparents, mum, dad, brither, sister, child - and they told you that before they take care of the body, you could see it if you wanted to... would you go and see it regardless of what state it was in?
What would your reasons be?

Answers:
Yes I would want to see the body, Just to put my mind at rest.
No I would not beacause that would be the last time I ever see them and that is how I would think of them for the rest of my life. I wouldn't want that to be the image I have in my mind whenever I think of that person.
