I love my body, but my "after having a baby" fat, is making me feel insecure and my veiw and style on shopping for clothes has changed. I use to weigh 130, now I'm 154. I just want my body back. Please give positive feedback. I also here hula hooping gets rid of it. Is that true?

Hula hooping is aerobics & any sort of aerobics will make you lose weight, the easiest way is probably to focus on stomach toning exercises like crunches and sit ups while combining aerobics, doing ten crunches everyday and hula hooping should get the weight off in a couple of weeks. running is also a effective way to burn off fat. hope that helps :)
