How can I get in shape by August? PLEASE HELP!?!


Question: How can I get in shape by August? PLEASE HELP!?
I am going to California in August. I don't have a gym membership! (unfortunately, my mom cancelled it.)
I need things that i can do at home. These are the things I have access to:
A bike (huffy cruiser)
A pool
some weights (5 pound, 10 pound, etc)
I live near a park and the beach.
Please help me figure out some kind of diet plan that isn't too hard to follow,and exercise goals that won't be too hard to maintain.
I am 16 years old.

Swim laps. Work out with weights. Run in the park, especially if there are hills. As you are a teenager, it would be hard to come up with a diet plan. There is so much pressure to partake with peers such foods as pizza and burgers. You will have to speak to your mother about bringing organic produce into the house, and then, actually eat your vegetables and fruit. So, how that works will depend on your goals and resolve. If you focus more on the cardio, you should be alright regarding your eating regime.
