How long does it take to build muscle?!

Question: How long does it take to build muscle?
I've been working out for almost 5 months now. Six days a week, cardio and weight training. I've been happy with the weight I've lost which is something over 70 lbs although, I'm wanting really badly to lose my little bit of fat in my belly and build some muscle! What exercises or foods or whatever do you recommend to amp up my muscle and how long does it usually take? I eat probably about 1900 calories a day. I'm 16 average build and 185 lbs (84 kg). Thanks for your answers!

First thing that jumps right out at me is the amount of calories your eating... Only 1900 calories? That's fine if your not wanting to gain any muscle and lose weight, but it will take more than that to build muscle because your body is having to break down your muscle to keep up with your six day workout regimen. Also what is those calories... are they junk or or simple foods or are they whole and nutritious? Despite popular belief you won't get fat if you eat the right foods regardless if you eat 3 or more thousand calories. Foods like grass fed meats and dairy and fruits veggies and various tree nuts will actually not only make you leaner and feel better (not to mention not starving yourself uselessly) you also get the benefit of not putting yourself at heath risks that 99% of ALL store bought foods put you at (cancer, heart problems, diabetes) etc. If of course that is not within your budget then buying the LEANEST cuts of meat you can (including red meat) then that is okay to. To sum up if you want to get in shape and build muscle you will need to add more calories to your diet (and working out six days a week is not necessary actually). Working out more intense 3 or 4 times a week with multi joint exercises would benefit you much more and not just with giving you more time either but also your results will skyrocket! hey, I have been having a diet situation that it seemed hopeless. I used to take all kinds of pills. Till a friend show me these tips, I was doubtful at first. I didn’t see much result until after the first week, but I felt good. After that first drop of weight, which was such a confident booster, I worked on eating right to continue to keep the weight off. I couldn't be happier. I hope this helps: allloseweightnews.tk
