Question: I am wondering what is the fastest way to do if you will get six pack abs?
I just noticed that I have been getting a little fat around the stomach and butt and I want to be able to get it back to how it use to be quick! I don't want to have to buy those programs online. I just want an easy way to lose fat.

The best and fastest way to get 6pack abs is through crunches and leg lifts. Also a healthy diet will help you jumpstart fat loss and muscle gain.

How to do leg lifts:

Lay on your back, arms extended to the side, palms touching the floor.

Lift your legs up as high as you can get them using just your abs to lift them. When your legs get to the highest point turn your feet to the left and hold it for 3 seconds. Let your feet back down to the floor wait 3 seconds then do it again, but this time turn your feet to the right. Do about 10 reps per set and you will feel it working immediatly.

MAKE SURE NOT TO BEND YOUR KNEES OR THE WORKOUT WILL NOT WORK!

Hmmm... If you want really good looking abbs you will deffinatelyy need to workout!:) good exercises to do during this process is sit ups, pushup position etc. Hold your normal pushup position as long as you can while holding in your stomach in. This will help form the muscles in your stomach and make them show. While doing situps, also hold your stomach in. You will probably be sore but it's worth it for abs. If you think your over weight you will need to lose that first. Do the ab exercises and eat heathier foods! Drink lots of water. Pineapple helps you lose weight so after ever meal have alittle pineapple. Don't eat dinner late! Stay active:)

You should try to restrict your calories so that you burn more calories than you eat. Weights are great for abs. Make sure you get enough protein and drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, that doesn't count your other drinks. Keep off alcohol :-(



in my opinion, i think you should consult with one of the trainers at a gym so that they can give you a better answer.
