Question: Why do people say high heart rate is NECCESARY for weight loss?
if walking is the most simplest, easy form of excercise, but that makes you lose weight aswell.

Answers:

The easier the excercise, the longer it takes to burn off calories. The more vigorous the excercise, like cardio (which means it gets your heart pumping), the more weight you lose and muscle you start to build ( losing fat).
