Well yes if you don't eat you ARE going to lose weight. Less calories than your body needs to maintain = you gonna lose weight. No way around it. But like others have said your body will go into starvation mode. You will lose muscle (thus muscle weight) before you lose any fat. Essentially you will end up a skinny fat person
No you can't lose weight, by not eating. Because when your not eating your stomach is hungry. So, it sends a message to your brain telling it to send fat to your stomach. So, your not just starving yourself, your making yourself fatter.. I hope that answers your question! =)
If you don't eat, your body goes into starvation mode and store any left over food you have still and stores it as fat. You can et less but still get enough by talking to your doctor about foods to eat and how much.
Not eating can cause you to lose weight. But it's unsafe and unhealthy. Skipping meals however will not help you lose weight. The only real way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you consume.
If you do it for a long time.. but it is SUPER unhealthy and u would look scary. If u do it for a while you will gain more weight because thats just what the body does
