ive been working out when should i start to see results
and what are some good healthy food i can eat ?
and how much should i walk a day ?
Answers:
It depends on how hard you're working out. If you're just walking, it could take a while. Try running, even in place, or bike riding around your street. Anything that really gets your heart pumping. It's good that you cut that bad food out of your diet. Some healthy foods you can eat are vegetables, fruit, pasta (especially before working out, but use olive oil instead of butter), basically anything as long as it doesn't have a lot of fat in it. The healthiest diet is vegan/vegetarian because no matter what meat you eat, however lean it might say it is, it still has fat in it.
Eat lots of omega 3 pumpkin flax cereal for breakfest by natures path with peanut butter. Drink diet coke to satisfy your cravings it will give you energy to work out. If you go to skool and walk that shud b enough. I did this and lost 10 pounds in a month and a half.
just avoid junk food, cookie, chip, sugar stuff, deep fried food, fast food. Try to eat egg, lean meat, avoid red meat, more fish .....
take a walk every morning, prolly a couple of months when you see results but keep it up cause you definently will see results soon hope this helps :)
