What are some good/fast ways I can get into shape before the summer comes?

Answers:

Cut all breads, sugars, and pork out of your diet. Drink alot of water, and keep alot of protein. Run for 30 mins to an hour everyday. Do plenty of ab and leg work. Cardio is the most important. I would recommend getting a gym membership if you don't have one yet, being around other people reaching their goals and working out really motivates you.



APPLE CIDER VINEGAR, not the unhealthy white kind, and cayenne pepper, by the third day of fasting, start putting a tablespoon of maple syrup in it, then it will actually be tasty, make sure you exercise 20 minutes a day, however, if you get dizzy, don't, it's not for you.



Exercising is always one of the best. Have you tried the Meditteranean diet? It is proven to be the best diet out there. Other than that you cincorporateate zero or negative calorie foods and drinks into your diet. Good Luck :DD
