How can I lose at least 1 pound a day?!


Question: How can I lose at least 1 pound a day?
any specific exercises, and is it easy to lose just a pound? I'm about 140 pounds but only 5 feet tall so I'm so short but fat for my height and dont know what to do. exercise is so hard for me i just cant stay motivated and hate going to the gym but have to force myself to. can anyone tell me any specific plans or list me some exercises to help me lose the wieght. thanks

That is an unhealthy amount of weight--7lbs per week. A plan to lose 2 lbs per week would require you to cut 250 calories per day and burn 250 per day through exercise. That is a much more realistic goal. I understand the motivation part, I have trouble with it too. But, unfortunately there are no quick fixes. I've found it helpful to include more fiber in my diet (which helps you to feel full quicker & aids in digestion) Some say adding low fat/ ft free dairy to your diet is helpful. I also find it helpful to do my exercise first thing in the morning, before I've showered or anything. Its much harder for me to go to the gym later in the day- much easier to talk myself out of it. You really just have to make the choice to do it. Every day, choose to do this for yourself. I also found i tto be helpful to take a list of my body measurements to keep myself motivated. Because you can be losing inches but not pounds, as muscle weighs more than fat tissue.. that helped me stay on track during a time when I was really feeling discouraged because the # on the scale wasn't moving, but in reality I had lost several inches!
