Losing weight and having excess skin ?!

Question: Losing weight and having excess skin ?
Well, I'm 14 and I'm about 135 or 136 pounds, somewhere around there . I'm trying to lose weight & i was just wondering, will i have excess skin after losing weight ? Right now , I'm running everyday for 30 minutes . I'm trying to eat as healthy and little as possible. I do some basic exercises like jumping jacks and situps & yeahhh . I'm just wondering .

If you keep up with the exercise and a good diet once you lose the wieght you wont have a problem. Do not skimp on meals sweetie you need to monitor your calorie intake but you still need the food to give your muscles energy. I know the world is full of electronic gagets to help but if you have a wii fit then get "The biggest Loser" application there are so many good tips and exercises on there which will stop you getting bored of the same old routine and they advise on food to eat etc. You are doing good I hope you achieve the target you have set, just remember do not go overboard. Good luck

Diets are for short term. They never last. So you need support and motivation- which means if going on a diet, your family should all support you. Otherwise, you will just go back to your old steps. Excerise- you dont have to do the old boring stuff- for example: rather than running, you can dance in your room. Or rather than jump ropping, you can have a push up competition with your sibliking or parent or guardian.

no your young and your exercising you skin has a lot of elasticity at your age and its not stretched too much :) just be carefull and dont over do it :D
