Question: STEROIDS.. I need advice please and thank you.?
I'am 18 years old, I am more then sure I am done growing.. And I was wondering If I took steroids for a month or so, could this potentially ruin my health, I have looked at long term abuse but a month does not seem to long.. Also when you stop taking steroids do you lose muscle? Even if you continue to work out and stay in shape? Thanks.

yah dude just take steroids now and wreck ur ligaments joints and muscles for the rest of ur life sounds like a good plan!!

dont do it dude u sound like an idiot... muscle takes serrious time to grow and u sound like a complete rookie for even saying all this crap... bust ur *** in the weight room, eat food, and see results... not that hard dude there are other supplements but steroids will just wreck your life

I have done a few cycles of steroids and would suggest you don't do it.
You seem highly uneducated about it as well.

You will lose muscle when off a cycle because your testosterone levels drop.
The safest way to juice is injections. Pills pass your liver twice. You CANNOT drink alchohol while on a cycle. If doing orals, you NEED to take milk thistle( a liver booster...even on injections is safe)

There's something callec "PCT"
Its your post cycle. This means the few weeks AFTER the cycle of steroids you STILL need to maintain all the vitamins you'll have to be taking.

It doesn't matter if your done growing, workout...HARD.
Eat big, train big, sleep big!
Diet is 70% of your workout. Eat clean healthy foods high in protein.

I work with a few guys who juiced a few years back..They are in their 30's now, stopped working out and are experiencing bad joint pain. Gaining too much too fast=long term problems.

Look it up on other online sources, become educated on it before making a decision.



Steroids do NOT increase muscle mass, they allow you to train for longer, beyond normal human body limitations. This intense training does increase muscle mass but does irreparable damage to joints and bones.

I would not recommend it.

well your young and you already have a lot of testosterone running through your blood so its not a good idea plus after that month is up your gonna shrink like a deflating balloon so its not worth it unless you do cycle after cycle and thats really unhealthy
