Am I getting stronger already?!


Question: Am I getting stronger already?
Well I've been starting this workout every other night

I do 10 pushups, pause for a minute, 10, and so on until I cant do anymore.

First day I did 31
Second I did 34
Now I just did 36

am I gonna keep continuing to get higher each time? and does this mean I'm getting stronger or what?

Definitely! As the number increases the stronger your body becomes. As a challenge you can place your feet on a chair and do incline push ups. This will make you stronger a lot quicker as well. Other push up varieties include putting a backpack full of heavy books on your back or 1 handed push ups. There are countless varieties of push ups you can use if you ever get bored with regular push ups.

Yeah you will for sure get stronger my dude. In a few months you will be doing 50 pushups stright if you keep intensifying your workouts

I can do 80 pushups



you only be pausin for like 30 sec so you can intensify your workout and get better faster



No your endurance is going up and also dont over do it or you wont be able to do ten
