What do i do to strenght my bones?!


Question: What do i do to strenght my bones?
Im only 22 years old and my body's bones are so weak, when i get up i can hear ma knew crack
What do you suggest i should do?
I work out, started to drink milk recently and im gona get my self calcium from a farmacy. Any other suggestion?

Well, just continue with what you're doing. If possible, do that everyday. We all need exercises and by drinking milk is a good thing as well. Milk contains lots of calcium that makes your bone strong. I would say, maybe after a month, you'll get what you're wishing for!



Don't over do it with the milk and calcium. You need to make sure you are getting enough vitamin d in your diet. Vitamin d allows for absorbtion of calcium into your bones. Vitamin d naturally comes from fish and from sunlight when it touches your skin.

Do not drink pop because it weakens your bones. Good sources of calcium (foods) are fish, cheese, and whole grain bread.

You need to do resistance exercises to aid bone mass growth. When your bones feel some strain (resistence), they will begin to absorbe calcium in response to grow.
