Great!
A super start.
Now we need to focus on picking up the pace.
If the dog is a walker dog and not a stop and smell and pee on everything dog you will get the benefit. You may have to make a second lap at a much faster pace without the dog after you build some muscle tone.
Hey - a 30 minute brisk walk is all most people making a real healthy diet effort need to increase weight loss.
Stick with it!

hey, I did have this overweight trouble for many many years. I used to be a diet product nuts. Until a friend recommended this method, I was skeptical at first. I didn’t see much result until after the first week, but I was feeling good about myself. After that first drop of weight, which was a real confident booster, I worked on developing good diet to keep off the weight. I feel great!. This is the site: www.cyberloseweighttoday.tk

to start out that really good one way to really start sweatin and lose weight run really fast for 5 sec walk for 10 run for 5 walk for 10 until you have done this about 5 times or if you want a challenge do it up hill/loose dirt it will be harder so as long as you do 3 its good but if you want it bad do 5!!

30 minutes is perfect. Your caloric deficit per day is the most important thing you can do to lose weight. Exercise just speeds up the process, allows you to eat more per day, and leads to your overall good health.

It's a good start. You likely burned around 125-150 Calories in that duration of time and also worked your cardiovascular system slightly.

Try increasing the time or lightly jogging.

Start with whatever you can do and build yourself up

jog? you burn alot more calories that way
