How do I lose weight FAST?!


Question: How do I lose weight FAST?
I want, no i need to lose weight fast, I mean real fast!

What can I do?

I don′t care how unhealthy it is or danegerous, I will do it!

(apart from drugs)

I know I should avoid carbs and drink loads of water, so I was thinking about the atkins diet whilst drinking loads of water and doing loads of cardio!

Any other ideas?

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).



changing your diet to only healthy foods is the best thing you can do and will ensure you will lose weight if combine with walking everyday especially.

you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.


(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)



Atkins is sort of out-dated because it's so high fat. Here are some ideas:

1. Drink at least 64 oz of water each day
2. NO ALCOHOL (no exceptions)
3. Walk everywhere you can, park far away from your destination
4. Two words: Take stairs
5. High protein meals: replace 2 meals a day with a whey shake (8 oz. skim milk, two scoops protein powder) if you want to flavor them use sugar free syrups like Torani
6. If shakes aren't an option, replace two meals a day with the recommended serving size of a cereal like Special K (there are a lot of different flavors now), just make sure you use skim milk and only the recommended amount
7. Feeling hungry? Fruits or veggies are the best snack because they fill you up but are complex enough to digest that you retain few calories from them
8. Get at least 8 hours of sleep per night, if you're tired your body compensates by feeling hungry because it needs energy

But the big three are Cardio (including high intensity interval training), resistance training, watch what you eat. Atkins is not ideal, your'e better off cutting out the refined carbs but still eating TONS of veggies.



There's no way to a real quick weight loss, don't try any stupid things because it'll just ruin you. Don't rush yourself, just convert to a healthier diet and run most nights. That'll do the job eventually, there's no quick-fix of weight loss, sorry to tell you.



No junk food, eat like 1200-1400 calories a day, drink water, exercise a lot, eat fewer carbs, and only complex carbs.



I suggest that you create a good diet plan, drink loads of water and exercise a lot. I mean A LOT.
