what do you guys think is the healthiest?!


Question: What do you guys think is the healthiest?
For lunch I can have:
One can of natures promise organic light kidney beans
One can of campbells select harvest soup
Or one large sweet potato (literally a pound)

Which is healthiest? And by healthiest, I mean which will keep me maintaining my weight and not gain or anything? Thanks!

Answers:

the sweet potato is the healthiest. Bake it in the oven for about 20-30 minutes and it will turn mushy and soo sweet. I eat it and it's the nutritional all-star. It has tons of phytochemicals, vitamins (vitamin A), and tons of fibre to make you look younger, aid in weight loss, and keep your body healthy. It's the best and it tastes so good--and it's all natural food!



Only potato does it for me. Rest is contaminated as stored in metal cans. You should find an alternative in fresh fruits and veggies of any kind. The potato is good but compliment it with a portion of meat that got so many vitamins and nutrients you need. Drink lots of green tea to it and you have yourself a healthy as it can be. All the best.
