PLEASE HELP! Which is healthier and will not make me gain weight?!?!

Question: PLEASE HELP! Which is healthier and will not make me gain weight?!?
For lunch I either want to eat a can of Nature's Promise organic dark kidney beans (365 calories)
or a really big sweet potato (I dont know the calories)

Which is healthier?

Answers:

I'd go the kidney beans. They will keep you fuller for longer and you won't snack on other foods in the afternoon.

The sweet potato probably has more nutrients (vitamins etc.) but the protein and iron in the kidney beans is good for you too, and importantly, will sate your appetite, which is important in a weightloss plan. Maybe add a little lemon juice, salt and pepper or something to make it interesting??? idk -- I eat beans from the tin a lot too!

Both kidney beans and the sweet potato are good for you and very healthy foods.

I would say the sweet potato is the better of the 2 because it is fresh, has plenty of vitamins and fiber.

sweet potato. it has so many nutrients such as vitamin A, vitamin C, iron, lycopene, fibre, and so much more!
it also contains less calories: only 130 calories per potato!

You got me... Is it you want? http://milanstreet.info/454916/sweet-potato
