You need to keep in mind that celebs like beyonce have afew things at their disposal that you do not: 1. A person editing via airbrush and the income to afford top notch plastic sergeons.

You need to keep that in mind and realize that because of this they are not representing a realistic standard for beauty.

That being said here are some tips. That have kept me relatively in shape for sometime.

Be aware of what you are putting in your body. Read the labels but teach yourself to read the ingredient list instead of nutritional facts. Don't know what an ingredient is? Google it, read about it and make an informed choice. Typically, i just compare the ingredients on the list to what can be found in my kitchen, Flour for instance is acceptable because i have flour on my shelves but when it comes to an ingredient that sounds like it should be found in a sceince lab like mono sodium glutamate i put the package down.

Lots of products contain hormones that have been shown to effect people. Mostly, these hormones are found in meat and animal biproducts such as milk. I am not a vegetarian and would not suggest that anyone takes up that lifestyle (we have canines for a reason) but i do think that it's important to have certain standards when buying these products and fufill them by finding a reputable grocery.

When it comes to meat specifically beef i also urge you to learn the differences in the cuts of meat. A good cut of meat can be a lot more satisfying then a crappy cut.

This last statement is vital and applies to all food. The goal of my style of eating is to be more satified with the meal. If your food looks good, smells good, has good texture...if it is a feast for the senses it will be more enjoyable and therefor take less to satisfy you.

Cooking a meal from scratch is always good for you. When you cook at home, not only do you have control of what you are cooking but you are also being active and burnong calories by cooking. So, maybe try to cook a healthy meal for your entire family once a week and don't use anytging that comes from a box or a can.

Live actively. It might not make a lot of sense to ypu but if you to make excercise a part of your life you won't have to force yourself to workout. Just make it an enjoyable part of your routine. This can be as simple as merely walking instead of getting rides places, taking your dog to the park, or cleaning your room more often. Any activity that involves you moving around will promote a healthy body.

Now then...

I think the thing that most women would like to simmulate when they look at celebs is their flat little tummies. Nice flat abs take work and dedication. Even with a reasonable diet (no soda, no chips, lots of fruit and safe lean meat) and active lifestyle the fact is will have to work for the tummy. I suggest taking up classes in yoga and pilates or failing that, download a video. Both are highly effective tools for crearing long thin muscle tissue. Plus, yoga will teach you to relax which can be very helpful for a 13 year old girl. Swimming is another great excercise that can burn fat and tone. So, when summer comes if you enjoy the beach enjoy!

Isn't curvy a good shape! Just do cardio or become a ******* anorxic for a week!
