Is this a healthy lunch in Subway?!

Question: Is this a healthy lunch in Subway?
Normally I go to subway about once every 2 weeks (sometimes once a week).

When I go, I get a 6 inch Turkey Breast on Honey Oat bread. I also have cheese toasted, then sweetcorn.

I DO NOT have any of the sauces.

Is this healthy?

Answers:

cheese is no good, and of course sauces is only fat and salt.....
once a week is not a big problem , look like you know how to control eating.
Good luck.

I don't very think Subways isn't that healthy wise. The bread is mostly made up of starches and corn syrup, more than grains in the bread actually. Especially Honey oat. I suggest getting more veggies.

But yet, the most healthy meals are the ones made and ate at homes.

Overall "is it healthy"? Kind of, it beats junk food and other fast food restaurants, but isn't the most healthiest thing to eat. If you want to eat a healthy sand which I suggest getting something with whole grain bread and no refined cheese and with a lot of fruits and or veggies, but the bread at subway is refined and most of the toppings are also very refined there too.

Since you only go once or twice a week, whatever sodium content in the turkey, and sodium/fat in the cheese, is probably fine if you don't usually have excessive sodium or too much bad fat during the rest of the week. Like someone else said, add more veggies. You can probably have some mustard or sweet onion sauce sometimes too if you wish.

it is low in calories, but i would add more veggies.

Yeah, guess so :)

Yes
