Losing weight..Going out with family for tea..ARGHH!?!

Question: Losing weight..Going out with family for tea..ARGHH!?
Over the past 2 weeks I've lost 7 pounds. I want to lose a 7 more gradually but tomorrow night I am going out for Tea at a pub with 35 family members. I already ordered what I wanted back in February. I don't want to put on weight and I don't know what I should avoid at the meal. Here it what I am having..Please guide on what I should leave

Starter:
Prawn Cocktail Sundae - Chilled prawns on a bed of crisp iceberg lettuce, topped with a tangy seafood sauce. Served with wholemeal bloomer bread and butter.

Main Course:
Steak and Marston's Ale Pie - Tender chunks of steak cooked in a rich Marston's Pedigree Ale gravy, encased in a shortcrust pastry and served with chips and seasonal vegetables.

Dessert:
Mango and Strawberry Sundae - Strawberry and vanilla ice creams topped with whipped cream, sugar curls and crowned with pieces of mango and strawberry sauce.

How many calories roughly in each?
What should I avoid eating?
How much can I leave without being rude as its my uncles birthday?

Thanks so much!!!

(BTW If you want to know anything about my weight or height or anything...Just ask)

Answers:

Starter: GOOD, cocktail is low cal---avoid bread and butter, and ask for sauce on the side though. Enjoy this course. Less than 200 cals easily

Main: Pastry = diet disaster, gravy = loaded with fat, chips = high calorie. Ask for veggies just steamed, no butter, and add salt/pepper yourself. The steak part is fine, everything it comes with/in = not very awesome. Looking at MINIMAL of 1500 (and that is estimating low)

Desert: share, or only have a few spoonfuls. Indulge, but don't go overboard (whole thing - 800 cals most likely. A few spoonfuls will only set you back 100-200 or so)

Starter: Don't eat the bread.
Main Course: Don't eat the pastry or the chips. eat the meat and veggies
Dessert: Eat the mango pieces.
NO SODAS.

To lose weight in a healthy manner, eat low glycemic foods - as a lifestyle, not a diet.

Just remember to healthy healthy foods and of course not too much on everything :)

don't eat the bread and then the next day, try to avoid things like sweets and high-caloric foods.

hi, I was having this weight trouble since forever that it seemed hopeless. I tried so many products, nothing seem to work. Until a friend suggested this method, I had my doubts at first. There was little change for the first 2 weeks, but I was starting to love it. After losing that initial weight, which was quite uplifting, I started to develop good eating habit so I could continue to keep off the fat. I couldn't be happier.
