There is no easy way to lose weight. You get several choices. If you're looking to not work out, then the only easy way to lose it would be to consumer very little calories, which is not easy.

I know this diet is very controversial, but what works for me is the hCG diet. It is hard to only consume 500 calories a day, but you get such great results that it's totally worth it. Just be cautious of where you buy the drops from. Like I said, it is very controversial. Some people say that it is only a placebo, but I have physically seen the weight come off of people who do the diet and stick to it. It works! This is my second time doing it. The first time, I lost 10 lbs in 7 days.

Cut your calories and exercise. Healthiest and most effective way. Take the stairs. Park further away. Take a walk. Once you start eating healthier, your body won't crave food that's bad for you. But don't deprive yourself completely. Allow yourself bad stuff once in awhile.



Regular exercise and proper nutritional diet. Just mind your food intake. not too much of everything.
