Alright so I am a 17 year old guy and I only weigh 130 pounds. I am way too skinny. I want to gain more weight and get muscular. How can I do this?

And I am 5 feet 9 inches tall if that matters.

Well, to get muscles there is no other way than to work out a lot. As you work out, you will most likely become more hungry during the day. The following products will help you gain weight without being unhealthy:

- Banana
- Mango
- All sorts of nuts
- Raisins
- Fish (fatter fish like salmon and kipper preferably)

You should absolutely avoid drugs to gain weight! There are addictive, very unhealthy and a waste of good money. You can become muscular in a natural way!

Also avoid fast-food. It does make you gain weight, but not in the right places of your body, and is bad for your overall health as well.

Calories man, calories. I'm 17 and weigh about 140, and it's only muscle. Start yourself on a weight lifting regime, and a HEALTHY diet with more calories. Don't pile on the junk food to put weight on. I suggest springing the money for weight gain whey protein mix, and find a place to exercise. It would also be wise to subscribe to a fitness magazine, so you're not flying blind. Good luck
