Question: In fitness magazines, the women have sculpted toned body with 6 pack abs?
Their waist is so defined you could see every muscle sticking out and their stomach has no fat. Their legs is slightly muscular but very lean legs.

How do these woman achieve that look?

Answers:

Airbrush airbrush airbrush. Sometimes Cosmetic surgery. Rarely do they achieve this by exercise. Most often it's all about the photoshop. The third website I have listed shows you how to photoshop a six pack onto someone and shows you real magazine pictures where photoshop has been used to change a persons stomach into a six pack. While most of the mags have women who have been photoshopped, or shopped as it's called in the trade, when you look at videos it is much harder and more expensive to change it to look like a six pack. Notice in the video I've left from exercise tv that the woman Stephanie Vitorino has a flat stomach but not six pack abs. When she tightens and bends just slightly, the underlying muscles do appear but they are not a true six pack visible all the time. if you think they don't do it in videos and movies the last link is to the ask men body double article. Many of the women doubled for the women we think are some of the sexiest in hollywood with great bodies. They just use the same doubles, and the reason they do this is because the six pack or the perfect looking body is near impossible to get without constant workouts. i've even heard movies that use multiple body doubles for multiple body parts, one for a stomach shot, one for a breast shot, one for a butt shot.

The point is the six pack is mostly fairytale for your average woman. There are exceptions, but they are very rare. Now to get the flat stomach you see which when bent correctly does have that really tight look, you need to tighten your muscles doing the core exercises from exercise tv as well as reduce total body fat % to about 15%

very strict diets, working out for numerous hours a day, and dehydrating their body so that the skin is tighter to the muscles and you can see them better.



Working out and eating healthy. For photo shots that require muscles to be clearly visible, they do not drink water for while. You can lose a lot of weight temporarily just be being dehydrated.



They weight train... But to be honest they are not THAT healthy because they deprive themselfs before shows.. they dont even eat FRUITS and certain veggies.



Eating healthy, working out, and computerizing them.
