Question: Cheat meal turned binge? Should i not have one anymore?
I'm 5'2 and 100 pounds.I lost 25 pounds this past year. I stick to a clean diet(yogurts oatmeal ezekiel bread, whole grain pasta for carbs and cottage cheese fish chicken veggies fruits almond milk hummus somtimes nuts) and i try to treat myself ones a week or have a cheat/meal day... but it always turns into a complete binge... like last weekend! =[ Should i not have one for awhile now... If I DON'T i'm scared itll lead to anther binge.. Also do you think it could be because im underweight? Like my body is craving it more because of that? help=[somone told me to relax a little on the weekends and somone told me only have ONE meal/

Answers:

Life is too short to be worrying about how many times you can have good food. If you're going to be miserable by sticking to that diet and not eating something good once in a while, it's psychologically unhealthy. You seem to have a really healthy daily diet, so go ahead and treat yourself when you want.
