Question: I WANT TO LOSE FAT QUICK HELP?
today i started my 3 month weight loss plan till summer.
today i did 150 crunches about 25 push ups and ran for 10 min and walked for about 5min.
i ate oatmeal , and piece of a chicken, a apple and drank a protein shake and about 4-6 bottles of water ive noticed a 2 pound change. how can i lose more body fat quickly. ! id like to get a flat stomach or maybe even abs! THANK YOU

Your still young, Just stay away from fast food and choco, crips ,sweets etc, Your exercise plan is Alright, Try doing skipping its really good better than jogging also its fun and it can increase your height growth aswell :) Good luck!
hey, I did have this weight situation for so long now that it seemed hopeless. I tried so many products, nothing seem to work. Till I found this site, I had my doubts at first but I felt there was nothing to lose. there was a bit of improvement for the first week, but I felt good. After losing that first bit of weight, which was a real confident booster, I started to develop good eating habit so I could continue to keep off the fat.
