Ok guys, am I over weight?!


Question: Ok guys, am I over weight?
Ok, I'm 15, I'm about 5'3 or 5'4, and I weigh around 125 pounds.

I feel like that's a lot. Is it?

Also, my legs are kind of muscular or whatever because I take ballet classes, so i don't know if that adds any weight or anything. I've always heard that muscle weighs more than fat, so yeah.

My family and all my friends tell me I'm really skinny, but i don't believe them. I've always felt like I'm a little fat. What do you guys think? Am I over weight?

You are just fine. your legs are the some of the biggest muscles in your body. as a dancer you are probably in great shape dont worry about it keep dancing.

it depends on if there is fat on you or not. those numbers sound liek you are probably normal. maybe if you dont feel like you are, get a gym membershipr or start running!
