try to run more, not at home where im assuming you use a treadmill. treadmills arent that great. there are plenty of indoor tracks at highschools and gyms, try those. or just run outside if it is warm and dry enough. but run more, you dont have to sprint or anything but a good 25 minute well paced run can loose a lot of weight, meanig just run vigorously for 25 minutes dont shuffle jog or jog actually run, dont quit. i would say run for 25 minutes on monday, wednesday, and friday or another combination where its on and off, although in cross country we ran 25 minutes everyday, mon-thurs.

lose more weight. it wont be very noticeable until you lose enough fat
