Is it okay to eat more then usual sometimes, on a diet?!


Question: Is it okay to eat more then usual sometimes, on a diet?
i was just wondering if it's okay, to maybe eat a lot once in a blue moon if you're on a serious diet?
Say you eat really healthy and eat at a low amount. Work out a lot, just a basic hardworking diet.

But if you have company one night or something, is it okay to eat a lot? not all the time but like once every two months?

Then after that one day of treating yourself I guess i'd say, go back to how you always did it.
Will I gain weight? Or is this okay?

it's completely fine to feast every once in a while, when you are working so diligently with your diet. go treat yourself to your fav. food! :)
