Your BMI is in normal range. It sounds like you just need to tone up a bit. Try P90X and eat a high protein/healthy fat, low carb diet. Basically cut out Processed food, ANY sugar and flour starch. Load up on low sugar fruits and a ton of veggies for energy. Ample protein for your muscles and healthy fats for brain function/development.
My neighbor did the P90X workout program for 6 weeks and looked fantastic! It really tones you up quickly.

your weight is ok as it is you dnt want to be trying to lose a stone at 14 years old keeping fit and healthy is fine if you exercise 2-3 times a week in stead of 5 times why not do 4 times a week at half an hr each and have the 5th day for resting your body
for example workout on mon and tue rest wed then do your other work outs thu and fri don't do four Straight days with no break in between you need to rest on one or two days at least
