Cheat meal turned binge? Should i not have one anymore/thisweekend?!

Question: Cheat meal turned binge? Should i not have one anymore/thisweekend?
I'm 5'2 and 100 pounds.I lost 25 pounds this past year. I stick to a clean diet(yogurts oatmeal ezekiel bread, whole grain pasta for carbs and cottage cheese fish chicken veggies fruits almond milk hummus somtimes nuts) and i try to treat myself ones a week or have a cheat/meal day... but it always turns into a complete binge... like last weekend! =[ Should i not have one for awhile now... If I DON'T i'm scared itll lead to anther binge.. Also do you think it could be because im underweight? Like my body is craving it more because of that? help=[somone told me to relax a little on the weekends and somone told me only have ONE meal/

Answers:

The proper response to binging is never purging. That's treading into eating disorder territory. Maybe just ease up on your intake this weekend (obviously more than one meal) so that you feel better about your recent binge, and then from there just start fresh. Maybe instead of having a cheat meal or a cheat day where you end up binging, you could start eating more smaller meals and making the occasional one of those a "cheat" meal instead of dedicating a day to it. When you do that, you sort of end up pre-occupied with food and that can lead to more dangerous eating habits. Everything in moderation!
You're completely within a healthy body weight for your height.
