What is a good fat burning workout?!

Question: What is a good fat burning workout?
I have a treadmill and I want to do an easy fat burning workout. Do you know any good ones?

Answers:

Walking between 3 and 4.5 mph for at least one hour as many days of the week that you can. Walking burns more fat than running.

CARDIO and running

anything cardio to get your heart rate up for longer than 30 min intervals

The best workout for burning fat is whatever raises your heart rate the most.
Heart rate goes up, heat is generated, heat equals watts, watts burned equals burning calories. For me that means an hour on the elliptical. The average size person, breathing heavy, sweating, high heart rate, can burn 1000 calories in an hour. I'm 6'2" and I do this all the time. There is 3,500 calories in a pound of fat. Wow, it's going to take 3.5 hours of extreme workout to burn off one pound of fat. It's far, far, easier to NOT eat the calories in the first place. Keep up the workouts but modify your diet. Also work in some core muscle group exercises. Working all ur muscles will cause them to burn energy, even after the workout. One pound of muscle will replace 5 lbs of fat, so you are going to look trimmer even before any weight falls off.

You mention "easy" the only easy way is to avoid the calories. You only need about 1800-2000 calories for routine living. Anything extra turns into stored energy, (fat). Hope this helps.
