Worst thing you can do hun at this point is to think your not making progress fast enough. If it's working for you, continue it this is where so many people fail. They think they're not improving fast enough when truthfully you need to evaluate how you look in the mirror, energy levels, stress levels, how has your sleep been affected, and overall outlook on life has improved. If more than one of those is better than before your doing great, keep it up! Rome wasn't built in a day. If your overweight you gained those pounds over years, they won't come off in weeks

hi, I had this weight situation for so long that it seemed hopeless. I used to take all kinds of pills but nothing seem to work. Until a friend recommended this method, I was a bit skeptical at first but I felt there was nothing to lose. There was little change for the first week, but I felt great. After losing that initial weight, which was so uplifting, I worked on eating right to continue to keep the weight off. I can't believe I hadn't try this sooner. I hope this helps others out there: cyberloseweighttoday.tk

Um actually you are starving your body which is why you aren't seeing the best results. You need to eat at least 1200 calories to prevent your body going into starvation mode. The best work out is the one they do in boot camp. Do army crawls around the house, push ups, sit ups, jumping jacks, holding the plank, flutter kicks and run a ton.

sounds like your on a pretty good routine now i would stick with it...maybe light weights but dont over do it
