Starting my diet tomorrow.. will I lose weight?!


Question: Starting my diet tomorrow.. will I lose weight?
Breakfast- Two weetabix and semi skinned milk
Lunch- Tuna salad sandwich or Chicken salad sandwich
Dinner- Tomato soup, chicken with salad, tuna salad.. something healthy and low in calories
Snack- 2 pieces of fruit or yoghurt

Exercise: 30 minute run then run back home
Other information: Water will be the only thing I'll be drinking..some days MAYBE a glass of semi skinned milk or a cup of tea in the mornings (no sugar), I won't eat any junk food during this and I'm really going to try stick to this.

I'm looking to lose about 10 pounds before June, is this possible? Please help..

You'll lose weight. It's not as hard as you think it would be. Set your mind to it and commit to what you're doing. Don't make it an obstacle, just do it. Ten pounds isn't a lot of weight to lose.



The best way is to burn more calories than your consume daily. This does not mean that you stop eating. Drink 8 glasses of water and make sure to do card exercise for at least 1 hour a day.



Well duh. Its no surprise that soda makes you gain weight. If you actually stick to it and count your calories, you will lose weight.



Very possible, you can lose even more if you keep up at this pace.
