Question: Will this help loose weight?
breakfeast-none(never ever have been one to eat when i wake)
lunch-1/2 cup oatmeal w/ water-100
snack -blueberrys 9pieces -45 cals
dinner-special k protien shake-180
snack: nuts/cereal bar/ oat meal( only one) 110 cals


445 calories all day
with 1 hr exercise daily.


ive done it 2 days n i dont feel starved the oatmeal n protein shake really do keep me full ALL day:)

It might seem okay at first but it is really hurting your body, if you dont eat enough calories a day (which your not) your body is going to try to keep those calories and preserve your fat. The exercise is good but you need to eat 3 vegetables a day, 2 fruits a day, 3 proteins a day, 2 dairies a day, 3 whole carbohydrates. Breakfast is very important even if it is just a scoop of peanut butter and an apple because it gets your metabolism going. so be careful because the way you are eating, you may be doing more harm to your body than good.



Not healthy. Your body will think it's starving. Eat more, at least over 800 calories.
