Question: Am I seriously this fat? :(?
So I took this body fat percentage and it said I had a percent of 31.5%!! I thought I was pretty skinny but it says I'm "acceptable". I have very high metabolism and I'm 13...and I am a girl. My height is 5 feet, my hips are 29 inches and my waist is 25 inches. I do work out and eat right. I feel completely fat now :( I also weigh 99 pounds...am I really this fat and what do I do!?

don't stress about something as silly as that, as you said you're only 13 so you still have a lot of growing to do. 99pounds is a perfectly acceptable weight, you're not fat at all. And remember, your body needs fat - that percentage is also referring to the internal fat around your organs that keep them safe, and the insulating layer of fat under your skin to help keep you warm - everyone needs some fat in them to be healthy.

No you are not fat! As long as you are eating right and exercising you have nothing to worry about. If you would like to build lean muscle to make your body fat % go down try yoga and a reformer.... But I want to say it again YOU ARE NOT FAT!



Could be the test. It mens you have 33% fat not that you need to lose weight but you need to lose fat and Gain muslce. Start strength training.

No your not fat at all! Your normal, so don't worry! Just eat heathly and excercise for an hour daily and you should be fine!
