Question: Whats healthier, skipping breakfast or eating a unhealthy breakfast?

Eating an unhealthy breakfast is healthier than skipping breakfast. Why? Because at least when you eat an unhealthy breakfast, you can simply pick off the amount of food you are going to eat. Hot Dogs and Hamburgers are not unhealthy, it's the amount which kills you. Your body won't say "Oh wait, he's eating one or two french fries, sound the alarm"...nope. Your body adapts and is able to deal with those types of pressures. It's the constant eating and the huge amounts that hurt the body. Skipping a breakfast is worse because you are leaving your body lacking for food (whether it's healthy or not, it doesn't matter-your body asks for food). This leads to decreased glucose levels and can lead to binge eating later during the day. My advice, if you do have a breakfast in front of you and it's unhealthy, eat small bits. Your body will thank you later at 5pm.

Probably skipping. Depends on how unhealthy, like if its doughnuts, bacon, butter, and cinnamon rolls your best off skipping



That's like asking which is worse, cancer or ebola. They are both bad. Eat good food for breakfast. High fiber cereal like oatmeal or bran, with a piece of fruit.
