Which option for food consumption is better for a recovering Anorexic?!

Question: Which option for food consumption is better for a recovering Anorexic?
1. Drink Boost, only Boost
2. Drink Boost, eat all meals
3. Drink Boost, eat regular meals and snack

As you can see my pediatrician wants me to drink Boost until I gain more weight... I love it, but hate it to. See, it actually makes me feel EMPTY after I drink it, so I starve until I have to drink my next one (3 a day) and the fullness doesn't even last five minutes. i'm not asking what option would be better for YOU, I am asking what option would be better for ME.
Thankss...
P.S. I am not aloud to work out or do ANYTHING !! I'm going insane !!!

OMG doctors know absolute ZERO about nutrition, do you know why...because they don't study it in medical school. All they know how to do is give out prescriptions which they get paid to do. I would eat lots of veggies and lean protein because that will help your body build healthy muscle without packing on fat. Also you can have carbs but choose complex carbs like brown rice, quinoa, whole wheat noodles and breads that have a lot of fiber because they digest slowly (low GI foods) and cause you to eat less and they won't spike your insulin so you avoid storing it as fat. All natural peanut butter is great too it can act as a desert like if you want to put it on apple slices or with a banana.

That boost you're drinking is all high GI bad simple sugars and its great for weight gain because it's going to cause you to store lots of fat. That's the reason why you feel so hungry after drinking it is because those simple sugars get digested immediately and your insulin spikes to get rid of all the sugar in your blood, so it stores that extra sugar, which you are not using because you can't workout, as fat. I know the last thing you want is to be skinny fat because that's what I am now as a recovering anorexic. I appear to be slim but I have a large percentage of body fat. I have more body fat than women who weight twice as much as me!!! You want to know why?...It's because i ate the wrong foods when I was recovering and now I am struggling to loss body fat but its harder for us because we made our bodies think that it was starving. So as a result it wants to hold on to fat in case we go into "starvation" again. I have made progress but I would hate to see what happened to me, happen to you as you recover. Good Luck!

The glycemic index (Google it), my personal experience (learn from it), and many nutritionist and fitness experts who helped me reshape my body (you can do it)

dont drink Boost and eat only healthy meals..so i would say none of the above.
eat only natural vegetables, fruits, and steamed leaned meats,, grains, nuts, etc.
